Conservatives (Tories) will take over control of the Canadian government with 124 seats to the Liberals' 103. See CBC News report, Washington Post and New York Times. Without a majority vote, the Conservaties will need to work with other voting blocs to effect the change that voters have indicated they want. Conservatives made considerable inroads in Quebec and liberals lost ground, according to another CBC News report.
